PMAY List 2023 for UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, Rajasthan, and other states can be seen from the Gram Samvaad app (an official app made by NIC). The PMAY List 2023 is available to families earning between 3 lakhs and 18 lakhs and the age should be 21-55 year

  • Actual loan amount - 6 lakhs
    
  • Interest rate - 9 %
    
  • Monthly Installment: Rs 5,398
    
  • Total interest in 20 years - 6.95 lakhs
    
  • At a 6.5% subsidy, your NPV after interest subsidy will be Rs 2,67,000.
    
  • This is the interest subsidy people are getting. Accordingly, your Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana loan actually becomes Rs 3.33 lakh instead of Rs 6 lakh.
