प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (PMAY) पहले  गरीब वर्ग के लिए था I अब होम लोन की रकम बढ़ाकर शहरी इलाकों के मध्यम और गरीब वर्ग को भी प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के दायरे में लाया गया है I 

पहले  प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (PMAY) में होम लोन की रकम 3 - 6 लाख रुपये थी, जिस पर PMAY के तहत ब्याज पर सब्सिडी दी जाती थी. अब इसे बढ़ाकर अब 18 लाख रुपये तक कर दी गयी है I

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2023 Eligibility -

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2023 की शर्तें - 

  • आवेदक की उम्र 21-55 वर्ष  होनी चाहिए I
  • अगरआवेदक की उम्र 50 साल से अधिक है तो उसके प्रमुख कानूनी वारिस होम लोन में शामिल किया जायेगा I
  • EWS वर्ग के लिए परिवार की सालाना आमदनी 3 लाख रुपये होनी चाहिए I
  •  LIG कम आय वर्ग के लिए परिवार की सालाना आमदनी 3 - 6 लाख रुपये होनी चाहिए I
  • सालाना आय 12 - 18 लाख होने पर भी PMAY का लाभ उठा सकते हैं.

PMAY में  ब्याज सब्सिडी की गणना -

  • माना किसी व्यक्ति की सालाना आमदनी 6   लाख रुपये है (लोन की अधिकतम रकम छह लाख रुपये - सब्सिडी-  6.5 %)
  • लोन की वास्तविक राशि - 6 लाख 
  • ब्याज दर  - 9 %
  • मासिक क़िस्त: 5,398 रुपये
  • 20 सालों में कुल ब्याज - 6.95 लाख
  • 6.5 फीसदी सब्सिडी के हिसाब से आपका ब्याज सब्सिडी के बाद NPV  2,67,000 रुपये हो जायेगा.
  • यही ब्याज सब्सिडी लोगों को मिल रही है. इस हिसाब से आपका Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana लोन वास्तव में छह लाख रुपये की जगह 3.33 लाख हो जाता है I

ऑनलाइन आवेदन के दौरान महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज -

  • आधार कार्ड
  • आय प्रमाण पत्र
  • पत्र व्यवहार का पता
  • फोटोग्राफ
  • बैंक खाते की पासबुक
  • मोबाइल नंबर

How to Apply PMAY 2023-

  • Go on Official Website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana -


  • Click on  Citizen Assessment  Menu Button.
  • Click on for Slum Dwellers Button. 

  • A new page will open.
  • Enter Aadhar or Voter Id  Number and Name.
  • Tick Mark on "Click here to indicate that you have read and agree to share Aadhaa "and Click on "Check" Button. 

  • The Application Form will open. 
  • Fill in all the details carefully.
  • After Filling in all the Details click on SAVE Button.

PMAY आवेदन को एडिट कैसे करें?

Go on the Official Website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana -

  • Click on  Citizen Assessment  Menu Button.
  • Click on Edit assessment Form Link. 

  • A new page will open.
  • Enter Assessment ID and Mobile Number and Click on Show Button.

PMAY आवेदन स्थिति की जांच कैसे करें?

  • Go on the Official Website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana -
  • Click on  Citizen Assessment Menu Button.
  • Click on Track Your Assessment Status Link.

  • You can track your Assessment Form by Your Name or By Assessment ID 

  • Fill in all the Details and click on Submit Button. 

PMAY आवेदन प्रिंट कैसे करे?

  • Go on the Official Website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana -
  • Click on  Citizen Assessment Menu Button.
  • Click on Print Assessment Link.

  • Print Assessment Form by Your Name or By Assessment ID.

  • Fill in all the Details and click on Submit Button.
