MP Ration Card 2021 के प्रकार -

BPL Ration Card ( बीपीयल  राशन कार्ड ) यह कार्ड लाल रंग का होता है I BPL राशन कार्ड उन परिवारों को जारी किया जाता है जिनके परिवार की सालाना आय ₹24,000/- से कम हो और व गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवन यापन करते हो I 
APL Ration Card ( एपीएल राशन कार्ड ) यह राशन कार्ड नीले रंग का होता है APL राशन कार्ड उन परिवारों को जारी किया जाता है जिनके परिवार की सालाना आय ₹24,000/- से अधिक हो I
AAY Ration Card ( अंत्योदय राशन कार्ड )  यह राशन कार्ड हरे रंग का होता है I यह  राशन कार्ड सबसे गरीब परिवार को जारी किया जाता है I

  • A new page will open.

 

  • Select - District, LocalBody, Gram Panchayat/Zone, and BPL.
  • Click on  Go Button.

  • The Registration Form will open.
  • Fill All the details carefully.

  • Enter Samagra Family ID.
  • Enter Captcha Code.
  • Click on Go Button.

  • After Clicking on the "GO" Button an Application Form will open. 
  • Complete your Application form.
