The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released an online application for the recruitment of Assistant Professors in various disciplines for the year 2023. The last date for submission of the application is 14th May 2023. There are a total of 74 vacancies for the post of Professor-cum-Chief Scientist, Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist, and Associate Professor-cum-Senior Scientist. The pay scale for the selected candidates will be as per the department's rules.

The selection process for this recruitment will be based on a written exam. To be eligible for the post, candidates must have a Ph.D. or NET JRF qualification from any recognized board or institute. The education qualification for all three posts is the same. The only difference is in the job title and level.
