 The salary for the Indian Army TES 54 Technical Graduate 50th Course (Jan 2025) varies during training and after the completion of the course. During the 54-week basic training, the recruits are paid a monthly stipend of ₹55,764. After training, the starting salary is ₹56,100 and can go up to ₹1,77,500 per month, according to the Defence Pay Matrix Level 10. This applies to both men and women in the TES 54 course.
