Frank Caprio, or better to say our beloved Judge “Caprio”, is an 87-year-old former Chief Justice who served for 38 years. He was born on November 23, 1936, in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the first week of December 2023. As of now, he is under medical supervision and having fluctuations in his health. He urges people to “Please Pray for Me” and "Enjoy every minute of life".

Before the diagnosis of this pancreatic cancer, Frank Caprio's health had deteriorated from June 2021, during the pandemic wave, he said he was not diagnosed with COVID, and took both doses of vaccines. 

He is the world’s best renowned Judge, whom people love from all across the world, because of the nature of his judgments, compassion, and sincerity. He came from a very poor middle class, where his father was Italian, and ran a carriage to the town hall and now he is the perfect role model for the future judiciary system of the planet. He gave us faith that innocent people truly get justice.

His father taught him how to treat people with faith, compassion, and belonging. He was never disappointed and did the same for his whole life. The people who come to his court, always make them feel like a part of the family by being so calm, cool, and humorous. After becoming a judge, he has done justice to people who lost hope in the judiciary. In the courtroom, he used to have funny talks with fellow Inspector “Ziggy” Quinn.

Frank Caprio has a beautiful and happy family, including his wife Joyce Caprio. He has two sons, David Caprio and Frank T. Caprio, and a daughter named Marissa Caprio Pesce. He also has a granddaughter and grandson who love him a lot. He is of height approx 5 feet 8 inches and believe in god Jesus. He is a big fan of basketball, loves blue-colored dresses, and also wears multi-colored socks. In one of the trials, a victim came into his courtroom, and he found that the tie color and pattern of that person matched his socks.

According to the Judicial Compensation of the US, during his last year, he received a salary of $298,500 per year in 2023. Based on his salary of 38 years as a Judge, possible investments, and business, it’s assumed that his net worth is around $4 million.

Frank Caprio has been recognized for his outstanding contributions with numerous accolades, including receiving an Honorary Doctorate of Law in 1991. His remarkable achievements were further acknowledged at the Rhode Island International Film Festival in 2018.
