SXIC, Lucknow Registration Procedure:- 

• Parents of students who are seeking admission to this school are requested to register their child first.
• Parents can obtain the registration form from the school's office or the school's website and also obtain the prospectus from the school's office.
• The parents or guardians of the children should note that there should not be any discrepancy in the date of birth or name of the child while filling the registration form, otherwise no chance will be given to rectify it later.
• The child's registration form is duly filled and submitted to the school's office by the guardian within the date given by the school's notice.

Note:- Remember that registration does not guarantee admission.

Admission Procedure:-

• Admission to the children in class Nursery is given on the basis of good performance and merit in the interview.
• No written test will be conducted from the interested candidates taking admission in Class Nursery.
• It will be mandatory for the parents to be present at the time of the interview of the children.
• The age for admission of boys and girls to class nursery in this school should be 3 years 6 months from the beginning of the academic year on 1st April.
• The application form will be given to the guardian of the children only when the child receives the birth certificate from his municipal office and presents it to the school office.
• Admission to all classes in class I or above is given on the basis of interviews and entrance tests.
• In this written examination, children have to meet the demanded percentage of marks as per the instructions of the CBSE board.
• Children in this school are admitted in the month of April or July of each year on the basis of vacancies.
• The Principal of the school reserves the right to accept and reject the admission of the children, his decision is the final decision.

Admission Procedure for Class XI:- 

1. In this school, children in class XI will not be given direct admission if they have passed their previous class X.
2. Children in class XI admission will have to bring the percentage marks sought by the CBSE board in the previous class X of the children.
3. Admission of children in this class depends on the number of seats available and their conduct.

In Admission SXIC, Lucknow of Other School:- 

• Children coming from other schools will have to present their original transfer certificate and report card of their previous class for admission in this school.
• All the children from other schools coming for admission in this school will have to appear in the interview and written test as per the headmaster of this school.
• After the interview and written examination of all the children is done, the headmaster of the school will have the right to admit the students in different classes as per his wish.
• All the children have to take admission during the admission period otherwise a late fee will have to be paid.

Note:- 

1. In this school, if the students are from outside Uttar Pradesh and want to take admission in this school then those students have to include the original transfer certificate of the class passed by their district.
2. The original transfer certificate of the children should be signed by the school authorities of the district.

Important Note:- 

1. After admission, it is mandatory for the children to have 80% attendance in the school.

Required documents to be submitted at the time of admission:-

• Children's Completely filled registration form.
• Photocopy of birth certificate of children.
• Residence certificate of parents of children (if applicable).
• Transfer certificate of previous class of children.
• Two Color Passport size photograph of the child.
• Aadhar card of child and parent (if applicable).
