SMIC, Lucknow Registration Procedure:- 

• Parents of students who are seeking admission to this school are requested to register their child first.
• Parents can obtain the registration form from the school's office or the school's website and also obtain the prospectus from the school's office.
• The parents or guardians of the children should note that there should not be any discrepancy in the date of birth or name of the child while filling the registration form, otherwise no chance will be given to rectify it later.
• The child's registration form is duly filled and submitted to the school's office by the guardian within the date given by the school's notice.

Note:-

1. Remember that registration does not guarantee admission.
2. At the time of registration, all the documents required by the child will have to be submitted by the guardian.
3. In this school, parents will have to fulfill the age and conditions as per the rules of the school while filling the registration form of their child.

SMIC, Lucknow Admission Procedure:-

• Admission to the children in class Nursery is given on the basis of good performance and merit in the interview.
• No written test will be conducted from the interested candidates taking admission in Class Nursery.
• Candidates taking admission in class I or above will have to appear in interviews and written tests.
• It will be mandatory for the parents to be present at the time of the interview of the children.
• At the time of admission of the children, the guardian will have to submit all the documents and all the fees.
• Remember that the fee once deposited will not be refunded later.
• The Principal of the school reserves the right to accept and reject the admission of the children, his decision is the final decision.

Note:- 

1. All the children in this school are admitted on the basis of merit of the creed or community without discrimination of caste.
2. If a student from any other state's district wants to take admission in this school then those students have to sign the transfer certificate of the school authorities of the state's district.
3. Students from another state district will have to submit all the school fees and all the school documents while taking admission.

Required documents to be submitted at the time of admission:-

• Children's Completely filled registration form.
• Birth certificate of children received from the municipal office.
• Marksheet Certificate at the time of taking admission to all classes from 1st onwards.
• Transfer certificate of previous class of children.
• Residence certificate of parents of children.
• Two passport-size color photographs of children.

Note:-  All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
