Admission Details for Class Nur to IX & XI.

Note:- The age demanded from children taking admission in class Pre-Primary.

  • Class Nur:- 3 Years
  • Class LKG:- 4 Years
  • Class UKG:- 5 Years

SGCS, Lucknow Admission Procedure:-

  • The parents of the interested candidates taking admission in this school are requested to apply for their child.
  • Parents can obtain the application form from the school office or from reception.
  • At the time of taking admission in class Pre-primary, all the children will have to present the birth certificate obtained by the Municipal Corporation.
  • Admission to children in class Pre-Primary is given as per the availability of seats.
  • Children taking admission in any class will have to produce the transfer certificate of their previous class passed the school (Only for Class Pre-Primary to Primary).

Admission Procedure for Class I to XI:-

  1. Children taking admission in all classes in class I or above will have to appear in written tests and interviews.
  2. A shortlist will be made of those students who will qualify in this written test.
  3. Shortlisted children will be called for an interview and after a good performance in the interview process of admission will be started.

Some Important Note:-

  • After the admission of all the children in this school, it is mandatory for the children to have 90% attendance.
  • The child whose attendance is less than 90% will be debarred from the examination to be held in that year.
  • The student who wishes to take leave from this school or becomes ill due to any reason, in such case the children will have to include a written application to the headmaster of the school.
  • If the student remains absent for 15 days or more without the permission of the school, then the name of such student will be removed from the school.
  • And in such a situation, if the child wants to take admission again, then that child will have to take it on the basis of the process of new admission and the cost of re-admission is ₹ 1000.

Note:- 

  1. The headmaster of the school reserves the right to accept or reject the admission of any child without assigning any reason.

Documents required at the time of admission:-

  • Birth certificate of all children received by Municipal Corporation.
  • Transfer certificate of previous class of children.
  • Passport size photograph as required by the child and parent.
  • Aadhar card of child and parent if applicable.

Note:-  All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
