Terms and conditions for registration:-

• For a student seeking admission to S.R. Memorial School, first of all, you have to get a registration form from the school office which is available from the school premises or you can also register your child online.
• The student will have to submit the registration form along with the registration and prospectus fee. Please note that the registration is valid only for the year for which the child wants to be registered. The registration form does not guarantee admission. Admission is always based on written tests and interviews. The registration fee will not be refundable.
• Registered students will be tested in various subjects. The registration fee of the student failing the entrance test and interview in the class in which they wish to take admission will be considered as zero and is non-refundable.

Some required documents for admission:-

• The registration form must be completed in full.
• Four passport size photos of the child.
• Two passport size photos of parents.
• A photocopy of the child's date of birth certificate and Aadhaar card.
• The child has the mark sheet card from the last school.
• A photocopy of Aadhar card or passport, the (parent's identity card).

Age Requirement:-

The age of a student seeking admission in class I should be around 5 years in the month of April in the year of admission and the age for admission in class 5 should be around 9 years.
