Note:- 

• Children taking admission in this school are asked to age from the beginning of the academic session.
• The academic session starts from the month of March 31 of every year for admission to all the children.

Again Note:-

1. The age of all other classes in this school will be requisitioned as per the CBSE board for admission.
2. This school will notify the date about the interaction with the parents of all the children.

SMRJS, Lucknow Admission Procedure:- 

• Parents of all interested candidates taking admission in this school are requested to apply for their child's admission in due course.
• Parents must fill their child's application form thoroughly and submit it to the school office within the given date.
• While filling the application form, the parents of the children should remember that all the filled letters should be in capital letters.
• If any discrepancy is found in the name and date of birth of the children on the application form, no chance will be given to rectify it later.
• The headmaster of the school reserves the right to accept and reject the admission of children in this school without assigning any reason and their decision is the final decision.

Admission Rules for Class Nur to IX:-

1. All the children taking admission in the class nursery in this school will not have to appear in the written test.
2. No written test will be conducted from the children for admission to class Nursery.
3. Children in class I or above will have to appear in a written test for admission to all classes.
4. All those students will be eligible for admission those students will pass in this exam. The shortlisted children for admission will also have to appear in the interview.
5. The annual examination of the child is conducted in the month of March of every year after the process of admission of all the children is completed.
6. If a student wants that we are promoted to the next class, then in such a situation the cumulative evaluation of the children for the whole year is applicable.
7. In this school, if a student fails twice in the same class, then in this situation that child is taken back to the school again.

Instructions for admission of students from outside Uttar Pradesh:- 

• If a student wants to take admission from the district of another state outside Uttar Pradesh, then such children will have to present the transfer certificate of the previous class of their district.
• Transfer certificate of outstation students taking admission should be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools concerned in the district of that State.

Admission or Registration fee for all Classes:-

• The guardian will have to deposit all the fees that will be levied at the time of getting the prospectus and registration form for his/her children from the school office.
• The registration fee deposited is non-refundable.
• The guardian will have to pay all the fees at the time of admission of the children.
• The fee once deposited will not be refunded later.

Documents required for children to be taken at the time of admission:-

• Birth certificates of the children must be included at the time of admission (For Class PG to I).
• Five passport-size color photographs of child and parent.
• Transfer certificate of previous class of children taking admission.
• Aadhar card of child and parents.

Note:-  All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
