SAJS, Lucknow Registration Rules:-

• Parents of children taking admission in this school are requested to first register their child in this school.
• Parents can get the registration form for their children from the school website or from their office.
• The registration form for the admission of children has to be filled by the guardian thoroughly and submitted to the office within the date given by the school.
• Parents should note that if any discrepancy is found in the name or date of birth while filling the registration form of the children, no chance will be given to rectify it later.
• If the registration form of any child is found to be incomplete then the admission of that child will be canceled.
• Information regarding examinations, interviews, and interactions for all children in this school will be given at the time of registration.
• The headmaster of the school reserves the right to change the date of all the examinations and interviews of all the children.
• A mere registration form does not guarantee admission.

Note:- 

• Children taking admission in the class nursery should be between 3.5 years to 4.5 years of age.
• The admit card will be issued to the parents only after the registration process of the admitted children is completed.

SAJS, Lucknow Admission Procedure:-

• Admission to children in Nursery class is given on the basis of availability of seats and good performance and merit in the interview.
• No written test will be conducted from the children taking admission in class Nursery.
• Children taking admission in all classes of class KG or above will have to appear in a written test.
• All those students will be the participant for admission those students who perform well in the written test.
• All those students will be eligible for admission to those students who will perform well in the written test and interview.

Note:- 

1. The parents of the children taking admission will have to deposit all the fees and documents within the date given on the notice board of the school.
2. Children whose all fees and documents will not be deposited within the given time. However, this school will not accept admission to the student.
3. The fee once deposited will not be refunded later.

Documents submitted at the time of admission:-

• Completely filled registration form of admitted children.
• Transfer certificate of the previous class of the child which should be countersigned by the State Education Authority.
• Birth certificate of children on which issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority (Class Nur & Prep.).
• Recent color passport size photograph of the child and parent.

Note:-  All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
