Admission Procedure:-

• Firstly, only siblings are studying at Sapphire International School, Noida.
• Students seeking admission to Sapphire International School must first register with the school.
• The registration form to be registered you can get it from the Sapphire International School website (Registration form)or at the reception of this school.

Stream offered:-

Application form for optional subjects in class XI.

1. All selected fields with stars (*) are to be filled.
2. Check the filled details before submitting the form.
3. The information collected by this form does not ensure your admission to the selected stream.
4. Please ensure that you:- choose three different optional subjects for the first, second, and third choice.
5. Select your correct optional subject in the form and fill in your name and address properly in the form. Otherwise, once it is entered, it is not allowed to be changed under any circumstances.

For Class XI:- Students seeking final admission in class 11th non-medical, medical, commerce, or humanities should attach the photocopy of the Pre-board mark sheet. Admission will be confirmed only after the student has submitted his/her mark sheet, character certificate, and migration certificate.

There are some required documents to be submitted at the time of admission:-

• Self-attested child's birth certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation).
• One passport size photograph of the child and parents.
• (If applicable) caste certificate must be in original for SC/ST/OBC verification.
• Original genuine certificate (at the time of registration).
• Transfer certificate from the previous school for students from class II onwards.
• The transfer certificate of the previous school has to be submitted within 15 days from the start of the academic session.
• Photocopy of report card of the previous year or mid-term.
• Physical Fitness Test Certificate (issued by Dr. MBBS/MD).
• Original Aadhar Card of both parent and student.
• A self-attested copy of PAN Card, Driving License, Passport of both the parents.
• A death certificate is mandatory in case of the death of either of the parents.

Scholarship Scheme (For Class IX & XI):- 

Sapphire International Public School Noida offers scholarships to students of classes 9 & 11 to encourage students and acknowledge their abilities and achievements.

Sapphire International Public School encourages and supports students to consistently perform well and meet high standards.

Students who get more than 90% marks in the class 10th exam will be eligible for the scholarship in class 11th.

The academic achievement of the main five subjects English, Hindi, Maths, Social Studies, and Science in terms of pre-board exam percentage calculation will be done on the basis of the result of academic session 2020 to 21.

A (virtual) interview and scholarship test of the students selected for the scholarship will be conducted.
