Required for registration:-

• The registration form for admission can be taken from the school office by depositing Rs.200 fee.
• 5 days after purchasing the registration form, the registration form should be duly filled and submitted to the school office.
• Admission formalities must be completed with admission fee within 3 days after receipt of admission acknowledgment.
• Verified photocopy of the child's birth certificate for registration.
• Must have each photo of the child and parents.

The Required For Admission at Nursery:-

• Admission is being given in class nursery on a first come first serve basis till the availability of seats.
• A photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the municipality or baptism of the child and transfer certificate If the child is from a previous school, his transfer certificate has to be submitted.
  
• Recent residence certificate by Self-attested or Attested  Gazetted Officer.
• The child's blood group should be reported.

Required for admission to classes above class nursery:-

• For admission in other classes, the report card of the last 2 classes will have to be brought along with the registration form, after the registration form is verified, the student will be called for the entrance examination.
• Report Card and Transfer Certificate Originals of the last 2 classes.
• For students coming from states outside Uttar Pradesh, the TC certificate should be signed by the Education Officer.
• Photocopy of mark sheet of last 2 years.
• 2 pictures of students and parents each.
• Apart from the parents, 2 pictures of the person who is taking the child home from school and bringing the child to school.
• Caste certificate if the student belongs to OBC / SC / ST must be verified by the gazetted officer.

Note:- Photocopy of all documents should be from self-attested parents.
