Admission Details for Class Nur to IX & XI.

Admission Procedure:-
- All the students can take admission in Lilavati Public School in two ways offline or online. For offline admission, the parents of the child will have to purchase the registration form and prospectus from the school reception between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on all working days and proceed as directed by the Admission Incharge.
- Children can download the registration form from the school website and submit the registration form online by duly filling it out online. Admission to class Nursery students will be given on the basis of their aptitude test and interaction with their parents.
- When Admission Incharge will successfully complete the initial admission process of the students, then Admission In-charge will collect all the documents from the students for their next stage of admission.
Some Required Documents for Admission:-
- Duly filled out Registration form.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
- Previous School Report Card & Mark Certificate.
- Recent passport size photo.
- Passport size photo of the child with parents recently.
- Parent's Residence Certificate or Aadhaar Card.
- Aadhaar Card of child {If possible}.
Note:- All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
