Registration Procedure:-

• The parents of all the interested students seeking admission in Holy Public School will first have to take the admission form available at the school counter and fill it correctly and get the students registered in the school.
• The registration form does not guarantee admission to the school and the school principal reserves the right to admit and reject the students. And this decision is the final decision. There will be no hearing for admission on any recommendation of the students.

Admission Procedure:-

• All the students who want to get admission in class Pre Primary in Holy Public School should be 3 years of age as per the age requirement of the school.
• In this school, the classes above class pre-primary must meet the age demanded by the admission school. After that those students will be given admission to this school.
• Students who are in primary classes and students of these classes want to take admission in class two onwards then those students will have to appear last in the transfer certificate of the school.
• Admission of children in this school is done according to the merit list prepared after its interview and written examination and according to the decision of the managing committee.

The session for Admission of all Students:-

Admission Period	It starts in the month of March and continues till the entire month of April.
Vacation Period	It starts in the month of May and continues till the entire month of June.
Academic Session Period	It starts in the month of April and continues till the entire month of March.

Admission Procedure & Rules:-

1. In Holy Public School, all the students first have to fill the admit card correctly and after filling the letter, the students will have to go to the school office and submit the admit card. Incomplete or unclear admission forms of students without photographs will not be accepted.
2. All students in Holy Public School will be given time for examination, interview and interaction and this time will be taken at the time of submission of form and the school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of interview.
3. The registration form for Nursery and KG classes in Holy Public School should be accompanied by a photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the concerned civic authority. Whereas, for classes, I and above, the photocopy of the report card of the final examination passed will have to be included along with the admit card.
4. All the students getting admission in the class nursery in this school must be more than 3 years as on 31st March of the session as per the age demanded by the school. No recommendation will be made to the students at the age requested by the school.

Documents required for all students at the time of admission:-

• Child's duly filled registration form.
• Photocopy of birth certificate of children.
• Children's previous school report card market certificate.
• Recent color passport size photograph of the child and parent.
• Photocopy of residence certificate of parents of children.
• Photocopy of Aadhar card of child and parent.

Note:-  All the students have to submit all the original documents of admission for verification.
