Admission Details for Class KG to IX & XI.

Admission Procedure:-
- For admission, parents have to fill an application form and submit it along with the admission fee to the school office before the last date. If the student does not have a parent at home and any valid guardian of the child can sign the form, the student who has attained the age of 5 years will not be admitted to class 1.
- The student who is already studying in a recognized school will have to submit the transfer certificate from the school he attended last time.
- For students coming from outside the state of Delhi, a copy signed by the Education Officer of the same district should have a transfer certificate.
- For those students who have never taken admission in any recognized school, for such students, the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation will have to be submitted.
- Parents, please note that the child's name and date of birth should be filled incorrectly. Otherwise, once it is entered on the register, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.
- The child's immunization records should be correctly filled and submitted to the school office if required.
- Admission to the school is given on the basis of preliminary examination and interview. After completion of the admission process, pay the prescribed fee. Keep in mind that the admission fee is non-refundable.
Some Required Documents for Admission:-
- Duly filled registration form.
- Previous school report card and mark certificate.
- Recent passport size photo.
- Passport size photo of the child with parents recently.
- Parent's residence certificate or Aadhaar card.
- Aadhaar card of child {if possible}.
Note:- All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
