{DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, ELDECO, LUCKNOW ADMISSION FORM -(Based on Previous Year)}

Admission Procedure:-

(For Class PG, Nursery & Prep):-

Step-1 Registration:-

• The parents seeking admission of their children can obtain the registration form from the school website or from the school office. Parents have to submit the registration form along with all the documents within 3 days.

Documents to be attached with registration:-

• Photocopy of the date of birth certificate of the child by the Municipal Corporation.
• Aadhar card photocopy of parents.

Age Criteria:- (The age limit for respective classes is till March 2021).

• Playgroup:-    3+ years.
• Nursery:-        4+ years.
• Prep:-             5+ years.

Step-2, Admission process:-

• Admission to Pre Primary is based on a written test and interview.
• Students should report to the exam center half an hour before the time for the entrance test.
• It is mandatory for the parents to accompany the child at the time of the interview.

Step-3, Result:-

• Results will be displayed after 3 days of the written test. The name of the selected candidate will be displayed on the notice board of the school and through the website of the school s.m.s.

Step-4, Admission Charge:-

• The parents of the selected candidate will have to deposit all the fees within 5 days if this is not done then the student's admission will be canceled and another student will be given a chance in his place.

(For Class I to VIII):-

Step-1, Registration:-

• The parents seeking admission of their children can obtain the registration form from the school website or from the school office. Parents have to submit the registration form along with all the documents within 3 days.

Documents to be attached with registration:-

• Photocopy of the date of a birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
• Photocopy of Aadhar card of both student and parent.
• Photocopy of the previous class report card.

Step-2, Admission process:-

• Admission to the students will be given on the basis of a written test.
• Students should report to the exam center half an hour before the time for the entrance test.
• It is mandatory for the parents to accompany the child at the time of the interview.

Step-3, Result:-

• Students must have secured at least 60% marks to pass the entrance exam.
• Results will be displayed after 3 days of the written test. The name of the selected candidate will be displayed on the notice board of the school and through the website of the school s.m.s.

Step-4, Admission Charge & Documents:-

• The parents of the selected candidate will have to deposit all the fees within 5 days if this is not done then the student's admission will be canceled and another student will be given a chance in his place.

• Transfer certificate from the previous school/Class.
• Bonafide certificate from the previous school.

(For Class IX & XI):-

Step-1, Registration:-

• The parents seeking admission of their children can obtain the registration form from the school website or from the school office. Parents have to submit the registration form along with all the documents within 3 days.

Documents to be attached with registration:-

• Photocopy of the date of a birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
• Photocopy of Aadhar card of both student and parent.
• Photocopy of the previous class report card.
• Marks details of last 2 years.
• Bonafide certificate from the previous school.

Step-2, Admission process:-

• Admission to the students will be given on the basis of a written test.
• Students should report to the exam center half an hour before the time for the entrance test.
• It is mandatory for the parents to accompany the child at the time of the interview.

Step-3, Result:-

• Students must have secured at least 70% marks to pass the entrance exam.
• Admission will be done on the basis of the availability of seats in the school.

Step-4, Admission Charge & Documents:-

• The parents of the selected candidate will have to deposit all the fees within 5 days if this is not done then the student's admission will be canceled and another student will be given a chance in his place.

Documents to be attached with the admission form:-

• Transfer certificate from the previous school/Class.
• Bonafide certificate from the previous school.
