Registration Procedure:-

• The student taking admission has to be registered with the school for registration can get the registration form from the school website.
• The registration form does not guarantee admission Admission is purely based on the availability of seat Admission is given on a merit basis.
• Applicants can fill the online form for their online registration under the school website:- www.dpsgrnoida.com admission link.
• All the fields given in the registration form are required to be filled.

The guardian must submit the following documents before submitting the form:-

• Date of Birth Certificate issued by the (Registrar of Births and Deaths) for a student seeking admission from Class Nursery to Class I.
• Previous class report card for class II and above students.
• Passport size photograph of parents and students one each.
• In the current residential address:- Passport, Rent Agreement, Electricity Bill, Landline Phone Bill, Lease Agreement, Voter ID, Ration Card or Aadhar Card.
• Aadhar card of student and parent.
• If the parents are working in any government or private organization, then the official identity card of both.
• Student Bank Account, Passbook Bank Account Number Address, and Bank Name with IFSC Code.
• Please check each one thoroughly before making the final submission.
• The date of birth of the student should be correctly filled in the registration form otherwise once entered it will not be changed again.
• While registering online, pay the registration fee of Rs.300 through the gateway as indicated.
• A Unique Registration Number Application ID will be generated once the registration form is submitted.
• After the completion of the registration process, the parents will be informed about the entrance test, interaction and syllabus through SMS or email.
• After receiving the intimation from the school, the parents will be required to carry a copy of all the documents and the hard copy of the registration form with their wards. And visit the school reception on the given date and time for the interview and entrance test.
• After success in the entrance test and interview the candidate's admission will be confirmed through the registered email id or s.m.s. It will also be reflected on the school portal.
• Once the admission is confirmed, the parents will have to deposit all the fees within the given date failing which the admission will be canceled and the seat will be allotted to another student.

Age requirement:-

• Nursery:-  (For admission in the class nursery, the age of the student should be 3 years 1 month to 4 years 1 month.)
• Prep:-       (For admission in the class prep, the age of the student should be 4 years 1 month to 5 years 1 month.)
• Class I:-    (For admission in class I, the age of the student should be 5 years 1 month to 6 years 1 month.)

Note:- The registration form for admission from class nursery to class II in the session 2021-22 is available till 30 June 2021. Which is very few seats available.

For admission of external students in class 11 in the (session 2021-22):-

• There are only a few seats available for admission in class 11 in session 2021-22 which will be given on the following basis:-
• Hierarchical Calculation of Marks for Invitational Performance in Class X Pre Board Examination.

For Science Stream

• Students who get 75% marks in English, Maths, and Science.

Commerce Stream

• Students who get 75% marks in English, Maths, and Social Science.

Humanities Stream

• Students securing 75% and above in English and Social Science if a student wants to study Mathematics then 75% as per above criteria will be applicable in this subject.
