Admission Details for Class Prep to IX & XI.

Admission Procedure:- (For Pre-Primary)
- The registration process for admission to the pre-primary is done in the month of September every year.
- The age of the student should be a minimum of 3 years for admission to the pre-primary.
The following documents have to be submitted for admission.
- Correctly filled entry form.
- Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Hospital.
- Student's Aadhaar Card (if possible).
- Parent's residence certificate.
- Parent's income certificate.

Admission Procedure:- (For Class I to XI)
- At Chaudhary Chhabil Das Public School Ghaziabad, interested students from class 1 to 11 will be admitted who belong to the CBSC or ICSE board and have passed the previous class examination. Only he can apply for admission.
- A written examination and interview of all the students for admission are taken by the school. The successful candidate in the entrance test is selected on the basis of merit.
At the time of admission, the candidates have to present the following documents.
- School leaving certificate (countersigned).
- Date of birth certificate.
- Aadhar card of the student.
- Parents' residence certificate.
- Parent's income certificate.
Note:- The decision of the Head Master of the school at the time of admission will be considered final.
