Online Application Procedure for AIIMS Law Officer Recruitment 2024

To apply for the AIIMS Law Officer Recruitment 2023, candidates should follow the below steps:

  1. Keep the following information and documents ready: Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP), Email ID, Scanned color passport size recent photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 100 KB), Scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 50 KB).

  2. Read the notification, instructions to applicants, and eligibility criteria carefully before filling up the application form.

  3. Fill in the basic registration form with the required details such as Post applying for, the Applicant's Full Name, Gender, Nationality, Email, Mobile Number, and verification code. Click the 'Mobile OTP' to receive the OTP. A Reference number will be displayed on the screen, and the Reference number and Password for first-time login will be sent to the candidate's mobile number and Email ID.

  4. Log in with the Reference number and Password received on Basic Registration and fill in the details such as post(s) applying for, Personal Details, Educational qualification, Work Experience, and other details, along with uploading a recent Photo, Signature in the prescribed file format, and making payment of an application fee.

  5. Furnish the details in 'Personal Details' such as select social Category viz. General, EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and furnish the requisite details about category certificates. They should also provide details about Ex-servicemen, Uttarakhand, Government servants, AIIMS Rishikesh contractual employees, and persons with benchmark disabilities.

  6. Enter complete Permanent and Correspondence address with Pin-code, Date of Birth, Father's and Mother's name, and Marital status, along with preference cities for the examination.

  7. Verify the details before submitting the application. After submission, no changes are allowed in the online application form.

It is essential to submit the online application and pay the prescribed fee before the closing date and not wait until the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection, inability or failure to log in to the Online Registration Portal on account of heavy load on the portal during the closing days. Only one application is required to be submitted by an applicant.
